Vaccination Program In Nepal

Immunization is one of the most beneficial and cost-effective disease-prevention measures. The incidence of most other vaccine-preventable diseases of childhood has been reduced. Immunization is the process of inducing immunity against a specific disease.

So every child should be immunized fully with the recommended vaccination schedule. Mother and the family memebers should know when to immunize the child. The mother should be taught about the immunization schedule during her pregnancy.

Immunization Schedule for Nepal

This is the schedule updated on September, 2014 with introduction of few new vaccines for prevalent disease in Nepal.
